eS4W is a national women’s alliance, funded by the Australian Government through the Office for Women in the Commonwealth Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet.

It is an alliance of women’s organisations united in the belief that economic wellbeing and financial security are essential for women and will enable women of all ages to have an equal place in society.

SheWorks | Fitted for Work

Fitted for Work helps women experiencing disadvantage get into work and keep it. They offer employment services which help women build their skills and develop their confidence in order to achieve meaningful work.

SheWorks — a social enterprise fully owned and operated by Fitted for Work — provides placement and post-placement services to businesses seeking to attract and retain quality female employees.

Their 22,000-strong work-ready candidate pool comprises women from all backgrounds including: newly arrived migrants and refugees; indigenous Australians; women with a disability; mature age women; and young women who are new to the workforce.

The Executive Connection (TEC)

TEC has been placing CEOs, senior executives and business owners into professionally facilitated, private group meetings led by expert executive coaches and mentors (TEC Chairs) for over 30 years.

Each TEC group is tailored to CEOs and senior executives and designed as a private advisory board for members to assist each other in solving their most pressing business issues and concerns. Members can count on their peers to provide fresh perspectives and new ideas at the monthly group meetings, as well as having a monthly one on one with their Chair.
