STEPHANIE REUSS | Co-Founder and Co-CEO

Steph transitioned to start-up world from a corporate career of more than 16 years. She firmly believes that to have successful, sustainable careers, we need to love what we do and for work to be an integrated part of our lives.

Steph has worked in New York, London, Melbourne and Sydney. Roles include Corporate Finance at KPMG, Management Consulting to SME businesses, Futures Trading in the Mercantile Exchange, heading the CEB Financial Services team for Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East; and CEB (now Gartner)’s Managing Director for Australia.

Steph’s most significant achievement is being a mother to three children aged 7, 5 and 3.

VICTORIA STUART | Co-Founder and Co-CEO

Victoria has a career spanning 16+ years in technology development and sales. She has worked with some of the world’s largest brands at Accenture, Digitas and Google Australia and established and launched the London office for the New York based eCommerce agency, CreateTheGroup.

More recently, she led and managed technology and media sales teams at Google Australia. Victoria is also a mother to three children aged 5, 3, and 1.

ABBIE BOULTER | General Manager

Abbie is an experienced Marketeer and brand expert, having worked both agency and client side. Abbie’s career has taken her from London to Sydney, enjoying the different challenges of both small boutique business and large corporate.

What Abbie loves the most is people. She likes finding out what makes them tick and then puts them them at the heart of everything she does. That’s what makes her the perfect leader of the Beam marketplace, responsible for unlocking the power of Australia’s incredible part-time talent.

Abbie works part-time so she can also spend time with her two daughters.

JANE NETHERCOTE | Head of Marketing

Jane loves working for businesses with purpose and helping them grow — so Beam is perfect! She was excited to help Beam become a B Corp.

After jobs with Lonely Planet, World Vision, Crikey and Dumbo Feather, she stumbled across Beam when she was looking/hustling for a great part-time role (not the easiest thing to come by!). It was a giant relief to find Beam. She signed up as talent and was lucky enough to be hired by Beam.

VERONICA FREEMAN | Marketplace Manager

Veronica has lived the challenges of a working parent and is passionate about ensuring that the flexibility and support afforded to her over the years is something that is available for everyone.

A mother of two energetic boys, Veronica joins the Beam team and start-up world with a wealth of government advisory experience, having worked at the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet for many years in the social policy space (and in that time prepared advice for five different Prime Ministers!).

Prior to that she worked at the Federal Department of Finance working on the Budget.

GILL JAGGER | Marketplace Manager

Gill loves talking to our talent and finding out more about what they are seeking for that next exciting career move. She loves to hear their stories and help Beamers navigate what works best for them to balance all the many elements of life.

Gill is a generalist HR specialist with over 18 years’ experience across a number of industries including professional services (Deloitte, Andersen and Horwarth), banking (CBA, Westpac) and FMCG (The Iconic).

Gill works part-time so she can spend time with her two boisterous boys and get a bit of Zen time for herself at yoga.

ANNIE MEDNIUK | Beam Talent Co-ordinator

Annie is Beam’s Talent Coordinator and your first port of call when you apply to join Beam! 🙂 She loves connecting with people on a daily basis and maintaining communications with all our amazing Beamers.

Annie started her career in public relations, before moving into education and retraining to be a primary school teacher. Since then she’s had 10+ years’ experience working at a variety of schools in both London and Sydney, most recently as an Educational Development Teacher at Cranbrook Junior School.

Annie works part time so she can spend time with her three busy children — 7, 6 and 2 — who make her smile and keep her on her toes every day!

MICHELLE FOTHERINGHAM | Senior Consultant

Michelle has over 15 years’ experience in people and organisation development roles across many industries including automotive, FMCG, banking and government. She is passionate about the social and economic impact created by flexible workplaces and great part time roles.

Michelle is an excellent facilitator, advisor and coach and has strengths across many organisation development disciplines including team performance and ways of working, cultural change, organisation design, leadership and talent strategy – all critical levers in helping organisations to embed flexibility.

Always focussed on the employee experience, Michelle has a proven track record in delivery pragmatic, high impact people strategy.

Natasha has over 15 years’ experience supporting leaders to deliver business change through a variety of organisational development interventions — from organisational and role design to capability strategies and team effectiveness interventions.

Natasha has delivered these for some of Australia’s largest and most recognisable brands, including Australia Post and ANZ, as well as companies in Europe and the Middle East.

Natasha is passionate about taking the best that science and research have to offer and practically applying it to solve real business challenges.

FRANKIE RAYMOND | Senior Consultant

Frankie has a career of 14+ years working in strategy, people and organisational development roles.

Most recently, Frankie spent seven years at Australia Post, where she played a strategic advisor role to the CEO in delivering organisation-wide operating model and culture change. She also led a team of 200+ people responsible for HR Operations and delivered a significant people experience transformation program across professional and operational workforces.

Prior to that, as a consultant at PwC, she supported large change, performance and capability programs across multiple industries and workforce contexts.

Frankie is passionate about driving large-scale change, and developing practical frameworks and tools to empower leaders and teams to shift mindsets and develop solutions at a grassroots level.
