Beam believes in being 100% transparent with its partners. There are no up-front fees.
Its simple: we charge on success, 10% of the agreed 1st year annual salary / hourly rate in return for our services.
- For Permanent part-time roles, 60% of this will be on employment contract signature, 40% will be after 3 months (a typical probation period).
- For Contract roles, we will take 10% of the hourly rate for up to 12 months. If you would like to hire your Beamer permanently, a pro-rated placement fee would apply.
