They can run their own show on Beam’s online talent platform (from role writing to reference checking) or ask the switched-on Beam team to do it all.

As soon as your role is up, Beam’s part-time professionals can start applying! Remember, our talent is pre-vetted, so you can go straight to the shortlisting stage.
Yes. Our Beamers are all based in Australia (for now!) and have full working rights. We provide access to a pool of talent who understand the local market and can draw on extensive professional experience in Australia (or have parallel experience overseas).
Definitely! Our remote roles attract great talent. Beam roles can be both onsite and/or remote (virtual). When you post a role, simply indicate your location preferences to ensure you are attracting the right talent.
The number of applicants for jobs depends on many variables — location, job requirements, hours/days required, industry, salary/hourly rate, onsite requirements, etc.
