The TOMCo is experiencing fast growth as the organic and eco-minded consumer looks for alternatives that are easily accessible. We are on the hunt for a marketing superstar to take on the role of Brand Manager across our flagship brand, Tom Organic.This is pivotal role within the business to support the future growth of the brand at a local and global level.Reporting in to the Marketing Director and working within a wider marketing team of 6, this is a chance for a talented individual to join a progressive, fast-paced and fun business.

The successful candidate will be energetic, commercial with a can-do attitude and passionate about the TOM brand.They will be able to hit the ground running and use their consumer insight and previous experience to help activate the brand plan and deliver against core growth drivers.

Position responsibilities

  • Position responsibilities
  • Full P&L responsibility for Tom Organic in Australia; across disposables & reusables.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Director to leverage key consumer insights to build the growth strategy.
  • Implement the annual brand plan to deliver against key growth drivers.
  • Responsibility of the full marketing mix for Tom Organic in Australia.
  • Development of all key TOM Organic assets and content.
  • Liaison with key cross-functional teams to deliver optimal brand activations; including e-commerce, sales, customer service and product.
  • Management of key agencies including Media, PR, Events and Influencer.
  • Ownership of trade activation and strategy including liaisons with key retailers.
  • Support Marketing & Growth Directors on global expansion in to new markets including communications strategy and key assets.
  • Track and report market performance and campaign data to ensure key commercial and brand health objectives are met.
  • Manage and track key budget lines.

Skills and experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role
  • FMCG experience a bonus
  • Experience in using consumer insight to drive impactful and meaningful campaigns
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to support key decision making with data
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence up to board level
  • Fantastic communications skills and ability to operate cross functionally
  • Self-starter and solutions focused; ability to operate both independently and part of a team
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once with effective prioritisation and attention to detail
