Women’s Agenda is on the hunt for a Sydney-based Business Development Executive who can help develop this publication and take our media business to the next level.
The successful applicant will be comfortable sourcing and contacting potential leads, and in understanding the needs of a wide range of partners. They’ll be quick to respond to enquiries and feel comfortable pulling together then delivering compelling and engaging proposals.
Excellent (and energetic) communication skills are everything in this position, given much of it will involve being on the phone or meeting with Women’s Agenda partners.
The position is for a growing media startup reporting on women in business and leadership. It will provide an excellent opportunity to learn, grow and connect with some seriously excellent contacts.
The right candidate will become central to our growth as an independent news publication and play an instrumental part in a disruptive media startup with big ambitions. They will also become a key cog in our small, fun and passionate team.
What’s the deal?
This is 3 days a week for an experienced BD person – the hours can be spread across the week or done in 3 days as it suits you. Our team works flexibly.

We work together in shared office space in the Sydney CBD to collaborate as much as we can, but also work remotely when it suits.
