You offer:

  • Proven track record of minimum 5+ years of relevant banking experience focused on client acquisition and the management of wealth for clients – note: non-banking sales experience will be considered for exceptional candidates
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Ability to acquire new clients through referrals, own network and the active prospecting of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals
  • Ability to identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
  • Strong financial product and technical competence in the understanding, development and delivery of holistic wealth planning solutions to clients
  • First class presentation and communication skills; able to listen, guide and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive and motivation to work in a target driven and high performance, client-centric culture
  • A team player with the highest professional work ethic and standards who is decisive, innovative and able to cope under pressure
  • Financial market and product knowledge across asset classes, corporate and investment banking, will be well regarded
  • Forward thinking mindset for the development and advancement of digital banking solutions; a technologically savvy personality able to introduce innovative tools and solutions to clients
  • High level of professional and personal integrity; ensuring all work activities meet the high compliance standards of Credit Suisse and are performed in line with internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies
  • Ability to set goals and prioritise activities to maximise business growth and client satisfaction
  • Degree from a university or an institute of higher education
  • Completion of CFA or equivalent is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and conversant in view of client coverage
