What’s the deal?
More on Salary Packaging
As a registered charity with PBI status, First Australians Capital is able to offer employees the option to salary package a portion of their wages.
You may choose to package a range of items, such as your mortgage, rent, school tuition fees, private health insurance or even a personal loan repayment, or everyday living expenses including groceries, clothing and utility bills.
You can package up to the allowable maximum of $15,900 each FBT year.
If you choose to package your salary (it is an option) money is deducted from your salary pre-tax. You pay tax only on the remaining portion of your salary not the salary packaged money, significantly reducing the income tax you pay.
If you’d like to join our journey and believe you can take this mandate on, please apply here through Beam.
If you’re not already part of our marketplace please sign up to Beam. Applying is easy — upload a CV, answer 3 questions and record a 1-minute intro video so we can get to know you.
We have clear policies that support flexible work arrangements, and promote staff development and training. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and women are strongly encouraged to apply.
We will be meeting candidates as soon as we see strong applications coming through and may close applications before the advertised end date. So raise your hand! We can’t wait to meet you!
