PwC’s Corporate Advisory Legal team brings a deep understanding of today’s legal issues, business opportunities and risks to deliver commercially focused strategic legal advice and services. We seamlessly integrate our legal services with the other commercial disciplines provided by PwC, such as transaction services, risk assurance, strategy and consulting and tax, to provide our clients with end-to-end solutions.
As a Director in our Corporate Legal team your impact will be seen by:
Providing innovative and commercial solutions to clients’ complex and diverse legal and regulatory challenges in the areas of public M&A, private M&A and/or PE
Demonstrating the ability to develop deep client relationships
Leveraging PwC’s broader market presence to engage with clients on strategic matters beyond the role of traditional lawyers
Being capable of leading, developing and inspiring the lawyers of the future as they adapt to the regulatory, market and technological changes in the legal and professional services industries
