The role

We are looking for our new Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads) who can create, manage and lead our Google Ads campaigns and be our in-house expert on everything ‘Google’ to help us stay at the leading edge of Google Ads best practice.

You need to be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to take initiative and look for new opportunities for our clients – recommending solutions that maximize their marketing ROI.

Ideally, you are someone who loves to innovate and to drive growth for clients with:

  • Hands on knowledge and experience in managing Google Ads accounts and remarketing strategies; and
  • Experience developing and implementing Google Search, Shopping, Display and Video.

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in a similar role in an advertising or media agency
  • Minimum of three years deep experience with building and managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Expert with Google and Adwords analytics (Google Certified)
  • Track record of successful campaigns with measurable results
  • Strong communication skills – communicating with our clients, managing expectations and reporting on our campaigns is key to this role
  • A creative flair for writing and building unique and profitable campaigns
  • Willingness to accept responsibility and be accountable for results
  • Outstanding analytical skills and naturally inquisitive nature
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful reports and recommendations
  • A commitment to quality and on time customer service delivery
  • A passion for learning and keeping up with the digital space
  • A collaborative, team approach with an aptitude for solutions

Minimum requirements

  • 3 years deep Digital Marketing experience
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate marketing goals into clear plans and outcome.

Bonus skills and experience (one or more – great! none – no worries either)

  • An ability to build Facebook & Instagram Ad campaigns
  • Understanding of CRM and Marketing Automation processes using HubSpot
  • General digital marketing skills, basic website updates(not coding), understanding of SEO or social media

What’s the deal?

  • Part-time: 20-25 hours a week, while our standard hours are 9-5, we are flexible on how this could work for you. Let’s talk!
  • Location: our HQ is in south-east Melbourne, but the team is currently, like many businesses, working remotely right now
  • Salary: remuneration package is based on experience
