We’re expanding our finance team and are looking for a finance assistant to join us to help keep the business operations humming. You will enjoy the agile and dynamic startup environment combined with the stability of a well established and fast growing business.
We work on exciting brands & projects, but even more exciting are the team we get to work with every day – smart, passionate and autonomous.
If you’re up for the challenge, you’ll be responsible for:
End-to-end billing of client fees and media budgets throughout the month
End of project/campaign reconciliations as required
Reconciliation of media spends vs billings as required
Supporting the client service team & digital campaign managers with data as required
Helping with client queries as required
Supporting the Finance, Operations and Leadership teams with various functions and reporting.
The monthly payroll process (payroll processing experience would be great)
Handling account inquiries from clients and staff
Assistance with AR collection
Assisting with monthly & quarterly reporting
Working with our off-shore finance assistant
You stand out thanks to your:
Experience working in a finance role in an agency environment, such as digital, creative or media
Experience working with media/advertising spends (Facebook, Adwords, Publishers etc)
Working knowledge and experience with Xero
Previous experience in AR/AP
Payroll experience is preferred
Strong working knowledge of excel
Organisational skills and love for the detail
Ability to build and retain rapport with clients and various stakeholders
And of course your love of music & entertainment
Location: Collingwood, with the flexibility to work from home sometimes once you’re settled in and our ways of working are established
Part-time: 25-30 hours/week – we’re flexible on what this looks like so let’s talk about what works best for you!
Salary: $70k Full Time Equivalent including super
