What will you create?

Risk Assurance bring this to life by helping clients to protect and strengthen every aspect of
their business; from people to performance, systems to strategy and business plans to business
resilience.

As a Manager in our Culture, Behaviour and Accountability Assurance team your impact will be
seen by:

  • Understanding the culture within our clients organisations and conducting assessments
    by using a range of qualitative and quantitative data gathering techniques
  • Delivering tailored solutions to enable our clients to meet and exceed regulatory
    requirements
  • Experience in managing end to end projects and the ability to present to to senior level
    stakeholders
  • Pursuing and identifying business opportunities with current and new clients

About you
You have a background in culture assessment and measurement and are skilled in conduct risk
and culture change and hold an understanding of organisational behaviour and people
leadership.

Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our Risk Assurance
team transform how risk is perceived and capitalised on.

You’re collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment. You’re a problem solver
