You will assist in developing and executing a dynamic, insightful, original and emotive content strategy for products and services, and be comfortable working autonomously with our team who work across the eastern seaboard.

You will manage our social channels and foster relationships across our community. You will assist with customer service communication and updating the Grace Papers platform and website. You will help with marketing projects, events and launches. You will be super organised and creative, and a digital native, possibly with lived parental leave experience.

Your key responsibilities

  • Managing and contributing to the content plan and marketing calendar
  • Executing marketing campaigns for clients and around content calendar
  • Crafting engaging and original eDMS
  • Writing awesome social media captions
  • Sourcing surprise and delight and fun marketing activations
  • Keeping on top of who’s doing what and promoting our client stories

What we’re looking for in you:

  • Strong social media and strategy skills
  • Love connecting and communicating
  • Love for writing, building a tone-strong brand
  • Can write strong gender equality content that provokes conversation but does not alienate brand
  • Demonstrated ability in building community
  • Ideally studied marketing/communications. Professional qualifications not essential if there is demonstrated content experience and marketing knowledge
  • Active and well-rounded personal presence on social media, with a technical command of each network and their best practices
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
  • Passionate about gender equality and supporting working parents


Hours – 4 days per week we’re flexible on the schedule but everyone is in the office on Tuesdays.
Salary – $110,000 – $130,000  Full Time Equivalent, including super (dependent on skills and experience). This is a permanent part-time role.
Location – East Melbourne
