The ideal candidate will be a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for not only looking after our current base of Business Partners (i.e. franchisees) but also our growth.
In this role you will have two hats:
You will deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. You will develop, manage and deliver on our marketing plan and have input into our overall marketing strategy.
You will produce valuable and engaging content (articles, banner advertisements, downloadable templates, etc.) for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
Your ability to project manage will be of great importance as you will also have to oversee, track and optimise campaigns with external consultants/agencies including but not limited to:
You will be in charge of the marketing budget and we expect you to allocate/invest funds wisely. You will also measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against our goals.
Your role will also include support to franchisees to develop local target advertising strategies to boost sales enquiries. This includes email campaigns, radio and TV advertising campaigns, ordering branded collateral, designing and editing print and digital marketing and with social media campaigns on various platforms (i.e. YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook).
