Cricket NSW oversees cricket in New South Wales from our elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket. We are responsible for leading and growing cricket throughout NSW.

About the role

Player Development Manager (female) is a trusted role at Cricket NSW, responsible for implementing the Game Plan, Well-being and Education Program for our NSW female players across Women’s Big Bash League, State and underage representative level. 

About you

  • Qualified and experienced in Psychology, Counselling, Career Development or Education
  • Great at building relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Trustworthy and reliable, with a proven commitment to ethical behaviour, particularly in relation to maintaining confidentiality
  • A genuine desire to assist our female elite cricketers fulfill their professional development plans
  • Great energy and work ethic
  • Positive, passionate and up for a challenge!
