We are excited to partner with Beam to offer 4 day per week role within the Facilities team for a Senior Manager, Procurement. This is a strategic role with people leadership responsibilities. The main purpose of the role will be to develop and implement strategies, policies and practices that optimise the Bank’s procurement activities in a manner that is consistent with the responsibilities of Australia’s Central Bank. In particular, the successful applicant with provide leadership to implement the procurement strategy towards a centralised procurement support function.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong stakeholder skills and an ability to collaborate with departments and key stakeholders to understand their procurements requirements. You can translate requirements into strategy and are technically an expert in this area. In addition, you have strong people management skills.
