We have developed a sophisticated data analytic engine that translates community survey data into insight – we inform our customer’s thinking and actions with science.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Project Support Officer holds the (internally envied) position of first point of contact with the incredible community groups, community members and customers we work alongside.

As a conduit between our community groups and our customers, you’re tasked with providing timely and thoughtful communication to maximise community participation and engagement, and translating feedback into meaningful and actionable insights for our customers. You’re the magician responsible for the ‘magic’ that is demystifying a somewhat complex delivery model for our customers.

In addition to above, you’ll be supporting end-to-end survey administration and ensuring our team and external stakeholders have the information they need well in advance of when they need it. As a social analytics business our data is everything and one of your less enjoyable, but entirely necessary jobs, is to ensure our customer database is always accurate and up to date. This combined with general project and team support and you’ll never have a dull day.

We’re searching for someone who projects our mission in every interaction, someone who readily and easily engages with others and can anticipate exactly what they need to feel valued. Our goal is to ensure the experience of working with Reflexivity is both enjoyable and effortless. Behind the scenes you’re a highly effective project manager, work well in a team setting, and can methodically work through “lumpy” workflows and logistical complexity to get the job done.

A DEEPER DIVE INTO WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  1. Community liaison including phone calls and other forms of engagement with community groups, developing and delivering survey communication plans, and monitoring and responding to any enquiries from customers and communities.
  2. Managing the Reflexivity incentive system, including preparing monthly community group reward statements and processing group reward payment invoices.
  3. Helping implement and then maintain our CRM system including keeping our community group and participant databases up to date. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining our data integrity in line with the requirements set out in the Privacy Act (1988).
  4. General project and team support such as coordinating team field trips and other travel.

WHAT YOU NEED

•    Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

•    Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills

•    Proficient in business tools (i.e. MS Office, CRM, social apps)

•    Strong collaborator with a ‘’can-do’’ attitude and passion for excellence

•    Web-site management skills an advantage (e.g. WordPress)

•    Formal communications skills or qualification an advantage

•    At least 3-years experience working in a related role

A FINAL WORD

Locations: Reflexivity is based in Brisbane but the role can be performed from other locations.

Hours: We’re very open to flexible and remote working arrangements and will happily workshop with the right candidate to agree a mutually beneficial schedule.

Salary: Commensurate with your experience.

Start date: As soon as our ideal candidate is ready.

You’ll be reporting into Naomi Boughen, Co-Founder and Operations Manager based in Brisbane.
