About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist is integral to the success of Brava’s retail and on-line business. The role is to take a multi-channel retail methodology concentrating on a seamless approach to the consumer experience.

Encompassed in this role is the coordination of integrated marketing campaigns which may include strategizing, planning, advertising, public relations, research and analysis.

What we’re looking for

  • A minimum of three years’ experience working in an online retail environment
  • An understanding of the process of managing a marketing activity from idea to completion, experience in basic content development & creation (video preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to write copy in a concise, grammatically correct manner
  • Strong time management, organisational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Able to work autonomously in a self-motivated manner as a team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Key attributes are innovative and solutions focused, strong attention to detail, sales and profit focused and the ability to demonstrate patience and empathy.

The deal

  • Part-time:  20 hours / week – flexible working hours: possibly 3, 4 or 5 days
  • The role is initially a 3 month contract
  • Location: Hampton, Melbourne. Close to public transport
  • Salary: $80k package full time equivalent 
  • Starting: ASAP
