Job Overview

We’re looking to hire a Solutions Engineer to focus on our amazing software solutions we build for our customers. Being an agile, customer focused, future focused company is something we pride ourselves on, we are looking for someone who can ensure this is reflected in the software solutions we deliver to our customers. Whilst your primary skill will be working with software (hopefully with Zoho CRM experience), you will also be comfortable talking with our customers and playing a key part in delivering optimal solutions. System implementation and software configuration will be a key part of this role, you will be excited about delivering solutions that enhance the customer’s processes.

Our Solutions Engineer will work in tandem with our Customer Success Manager to build solutions based on specific customer requirements. They should be able to discuss with clients their product needs and develop solutions accordingly. They should then be able to demonstrate product solutions to customers and support customers in their use of the EnrolNow software in the most effective way. The Solutions Engineer will also be focused on delivering enhanced internal systems and processes to ensure the EnrolNow team is operating efficiently in its use of software products.

Listening and collaborating with stakeholders to provide solutions and service to enhance their processes.

The role

This really important role for EnrolNow combines the best features of both a technical operations role and client interaction. Success will be seen through system efficiency and customer retention.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with Founders & Customer Success Manager to build solutions for clients

  • Work on identified product road map to design, build and implement new product features, upgrades and product modules

  • Onboarding new customers, and ensuring optimal system design to enhance their interactions with the platform and their efficiencies

  • Taking the raw data from our new customers and uploading it into our system

  • System setup and configuration, you should be data driven and capable of understanding a complex system architecture

  • Ability to communicate directly with customers

  • Managing support and product tickets through a ‘kanban’ agile philosophy

  • Establishing the systems and processes needed to drive efficiency and ensure accuracy from start to finish

You will love to roll your sleeves up and get things done, problem solve and design solutions with complex system implications, and enjoy being empowered to make this role your own. As well as being technically very capable you will enjoy engaging with customers. You will enjoy working in a small team, and being immersed in the growth of EnrolNow.

To be successful in this role you need to be as strong in the execution as you are in the planning – and truly enjoy both. You are someone that invests in relationships, is proactive in your approach, and you will find a sense of calm in beautifully organised data and easy to use systems.

We are looking for you to have:

  • Prior experience in a Solutions Engineer position with an emphasis on building solutions

  • Strong technical knowledge with experience in programming

  • Outstanding communication skills (both with clients and internally)

  • Ability to break down product, process, solution into parts to thern drive smarter ways of working (for us and our customers)

  • Strong technical knowledge with experience in programming

  • Experience with Zoho CRM will be very favorable

  • Demonstrated competency with a client focused role for a technology driven business

  • A can-do attitude and ability to work fairly autonomously

  • An aptitude for problem solving and creative thinking

  • Advanced excel skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • We’d love to find a fantastic Beamer 3 days a week, tell us what this might look like for you across the week

  • Starting with a 6 month contract – with the potential to move to a permanent role

  • Salary: $85-90k FTE, including super

  • Start date: early Feb, 2021 (after the Christmas holidays!)

  • We work remotely so you can forget that commute and get time back in your day
