We’re looking to hire a Beamer as Talent Acquisition/HR Manager for our ArchiStar.ai business.
ArchiStar delivers design intelligence tools for better built environments. We believe every person should have access to vibrant well designed spaces and so, using incredible technology, are on a mission to create compelling, world first Design Intelligence tools that make it easy to deliver high quality built environments.

What do we need to grow the business?
Although technology is our business, we are nothing without human care. We’re looking for a Beamer to help recruit more amazing team members into ArchiStar, to represent our brand in market.
Ensuring the hiring of high calibre new ArchiStar members that can achieve their ambitious agenda via creating impact with our clients is key to the success of this role.
The role will include managing all elements of the recruitment life cycle as well as components of the employee lifecycle. ArchiStar has a core staff of 25 with plans to increase with some strategic hires as well as contractors and paid interns.
Responsibilities will include; managing the end-to-end experience of our existing and potential employees (including associates and interns), resource management, onboarding, induction and driving and support existing and HR projects. This role will commence in December 2018 / January 2019.

What’s the deal?
We’d love to find a fantastic Beamer 3-5 days a week.
Salary: $70k-$100k FTE (+ super), depending on experience.
We are reasonably flexible with hours and days.
This is a Permanent Part-Time role – salary commensurate with experience, particularly with proactive talent acquisition.
Our office is 1 Castlereagh street, in the heart of Sydney city, in a nice new modern office. We have a team of about 25 and growing.
