As our growth continues, we are looking to hire a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager into our People, Communications and Culture Team.. We are looking for a permanent part time Talent Acquisition Manager to join us. As the Talent Lead you will partner with hiring managers up to C level to understand company goals and design a roadmap that enables us to achieve this by building scalable, inclusive and creative talent & recruitment strategies.

The role will see you actively recruit all roles, acting like our in house agency. In your first 90 days you will be, refreshing our recruitment process, enhancing our candidate experience, designing measures to track your own impact, training our hiring leads, creating new interview guides for culture value add as well as skills and playing a lead role in how we use our EVP to increase our candidate reach. We are looking someone who was worked across Talent and recruitment in the technology, digital or ecommerce space and has the confidence to hit the ground running.

You will join a passionate people and culture team who all have recruitment backgrounds, so you will be safe in a team that supports high quality recruitment, employer brand and EVP. This is a part time role, est 25 hours ideally worked over 4 days to support our hiring managers and candidates, but we are flexible to the best set up for you.

The role will see you:

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop detailed briefs for professional and inspiring job descriptions, hiring criteria and processes
  • Develop recruitment plans, including job description, person specification and competency checklist, creative job ad copy, route-to-market recommendation and agree timescale to meet business requirements
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including; launching advertising campaigns, short-listing, scheduling interviews, facilitating pre-employment checks and managing job offers
  • Manage ATS and all recruitment advertising channels
  • Liaise with key stakeholders around candidate attraction, organising interviews, and managing feedback we are proud of for all candidates
  • Responsible for proactive talent pooling to support business requirements and generating candidates
  • Drive a positive candidate and customer experience throughout the lifecycle of the recruitment process
  • Have a high ownership mentality and the ability to take responsibility for goals and outcomes #ownit
  • Redesign all interview guides and process, educate and inspire all hiring leads to use
  • Work side by side with Corporate Comms team on taking the EVP to market
  • Play an active role on social media yourself, as a voice and face of the brand
  • Network – to meet talent and bring market insights into the business
  • Always look for new ways to bring talent into the business, ensure diversity and inclusion is high priority
  • Work with the PPC team on new starter progress, onboarding success and lesssons learned through hiring
  • Actively engage with your new hires in the business, seek to understand their experience and stay curious to how we can improve
  • The role is varied and ideally suits an experienced TA lead who is looking to have a flexible role, but happy to run all hands on aspects of the recruitment activity, you will recruit across all functions from contact centre to Heads of level roles.

You will bring

  • Hands on delivery – You have proven experience recruiting in a tech/ecommerce/digital company and have partnered with hiring managers to hire top talent, working end to end across the full process
  • Have a high ownership mentality and the ability to take responsibility for goals and outcomes #ownit
  • You’re a strategic thinker and an operational executor- and can see the bigger picture, so you help us hire the skills we need in 6-12 months time and drive the hiring yourself everyday
  • You understand and believe in the process and work with the hiring managers to coach them to understand and believe in it too
  • You’re a networker – you enjoy attending (in person or virtual) events to increase your network in this space
  • Strong communicator – You can effectively communicate written and verbal to all levels of the business and candidate mix
  • Confident across systems, ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn, Seek and more
  • Are passionate about creating, improving, monitoring and implementing strategies and tactics that improve candidate attraction & experience.
