- You have a background in Legal ideally with 6+ years PQE
- You’re skilled in employment and industrial law with some experience in workplace law-related litigation or other disputes.
- You’ll also hold an understanding of dealing with employees and other workers and associated labour in commercial transactions.
You are passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our Legal team deliver innovative, commercially aware solutions to our clients’ most challenging business issues.

As an Associate or Senior Associate in our Workplace Law Legal team your impact will be seen by:
Assisting multi-disciplinary teams managing employees in complex transactions on a local and global scale
Advising businesses on compliance with Australian labour laws, working together with employment taxes, wage and data specialists
Partnering with clients to develop, implement and monitor best practice people and culture strategy and systems
